Immer gerne wieder!

Online math tutoring in Switzerland
If you’re in Switzerland and need reliable online maths support, I teach 1:1 via Zoom with a clear weekly rhythm.
We start by clarifying your school level, exam dates, and the topics you consistently lose points on.
Then we build a plan that matches your time budget (school + sports + commute) instead of adding chaos.
Sessions focus on solving patterns, reducing avoidable errors, and building speed under time pressure.
Between sessions you get targeted practice and feedback so progress is measurable, not vague.
If you’re unsure which offer fits: start with the Fit Check (15 min).
- Format: 100% online via Zoom (shared whiteboard)
- Mock exams + review when exams matter
- Weekly rhythm: homework → feedback → next session
Gymi/ZAP math exam prep (online)
Gymi/ZAP prep is about mastering the standard task types and staying calm under the clock.
We work with realistic exam-style problems, clean solution structure, and time management.
You’ll learn what to train weekly (and what to stop doing) based on your diagnostic gaps.
Mock exams are used strategically: not for stress, but for pattern recognition and pacing.
Typical recommendation for exam phases is 2×/week in the last 6–12 weeks (starting level matters).
Start with Fit Check to confirm timeline and available slots.
- Format: Zoom lessons + shared whiteboard
- Mock exam simulations with structured review
- Weekly rhythm: fixed slots, drills, progress checks
BMS/HMS/FMS maths exam prep (online)
BMS/HMS/FMS prep needs both fundamentals and exam technique — and a plan that fits your timetable.
We prioritise the topics that carry the most points and fix recurring error patterns.
You’ll get a weekly structure with targeted sets, clear feedback, and measurable checkpoints.
If required, we run full simulations to build speed and confidence under exam conditions.
The goal is not ‘more hours’ — it’s the right sequence and the right difficulty curve.
Fit Check is the fastest way to decide the right starting point.
- Format: online 1:1 via Zoom
- Mock exams optional (recommended for finals)
- Weekly rhythm: homework + review + next steps
BM2 maths final exam prep (online)
BM2 maths is often time-critical: you need speed, accuracy, and a stable method under pressure.
We identify the highest-leverage gaps early, then train them with increasing difficulty.
You’ll practice exam-style tasks, build a repeatable solution flow, and reduce time loss.
Mock exams are used as checkpoints to tune pacing and test readiness.
A consistent weekly rhythm beats last-minute cramming — even if you start late.
After contact, we clarify whether the 13-hour package fits your goals and timeline.
- Format: Zoom + shared whiteboard
- Mock exam checkpoints + review
- Weekly rhythm: fixed slots + targeted drills

Ongoing math tutoring
Regular 1:1 online sessions: clear explanations, targeted practice formats, and consistent progress tracking—paced to how you learn. I’m currently developing a special offer to help learners become even more confident and independent when solving problems.
For exams: usually 2×/week in the last 6–12 weeks (depending on starting level).
Fixed slots, roadmap, homework, and a steady feedback rhythm—including multi-year coaching when it fits your path.
Simulations with review to lock in pacing and exam-day confidence.
About the tutor

I’m Teodoro Morcone, a math tutor in Zurich and founder of Teodoro Morcone Nachhilfe—a Business Economist (FH) and unabashed numbers person. My offer is intentionally specific: I focus on improving school performance in mathematics. I make sure students practice, understand, and repeat—like deliberate reps until it sticks. It’s not only mental work: I build in rest phases and short movement breaks so a full hour stays sustainable. This is still math tutoring, not personal training—but load and recovery are part of the rhythm. When it makes sense, I also discuss sport choices, nutrition, deliberate rest, and everyday movement and posture with learners and families—not as a separate coaching package, but as a practical frame for focus and long-term wellbeing. In sport, I try to lead by example with how I train. Born in Zurich and raised in Ticino, I bridge the German- and Italian-speaking perspectives. I help students build solid foundations, train strategically for Gymnasium, BMS, HMS, and FMS admissions, and stay consistently engaged throughout the school year. My approach combines step-by-step explanations, tiered practice packets, realistic mock exams, and weekly progress tracking—planned, measurable, effective. Lessons are delivered in German, Italian, and English, exclusively online via Zoom. As the owner I personally handle every aspect—from admin to IT—because that’s how a business economist operates. I work polyglot; if my accent ever sounds unconventional, thanks for a bit of patience—it’s worth it. I’m neurodiversity-positive and enjoy working respectfully with neurodiverse learners. I’m on social media as an athlete and prefer adult followers—kids don’t belong there. Parents should ideally keep minors off social media entirely and at minimum enable parental controls; if you haven’t yet, please do so promptly. Off the clock I’m into strength training and programming—the same structured discipline flows directly into my tutoring.

Frequently asked questions
How do reschedules and cancellations work?
Gymnasium entrance exam prep sessions can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Late changes (< 24h) or no-shows are billed in full so that reserved slots remain available for other candidates.
What materials do you use?
I blend proprietary practice sets, official Zurich education department papers, adaptive drills mapped to your diagnostic results, and annotated solution walk-throughs. All resources are shared digitally with versioned feedback.
Is tutoring exclusively online?
Yes. Sessions run on Zoom with collaborative whiteboard work, breakout problem drills, and optional recordings of key solution frameworks so you can review afterwards.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Typically within 24 hours on business days you receive proposed time slots, a mini goal analysis, and—if helpful—a prep sheet to complete before the diagnostic call.
How do payments work?
All lessons and programmes are prepaid via Stripe payment link (e.g., card, Twint). Sessions are confirmed once the Stripe payment clears, and receipts are emailed automatically.
Can I pay in instalments?
No. Payment in instalments is not offered; programmes are paid according to the agreed booking (typically in full in advance via Stripe).
How is personal data handled?
Personal data is processed solely for lesson delivery in line with Swiss revDSG. Analytics and tracking scripts load only after your consent, and Zoom recordings require written approval.
What do I need for online lessons?
Laptop or tablet with stable internet, camera, mic, and a quiet space. We use Zoom with shared whiteboard; all materials are shared digitally. Optional short recordings only with your consent.
Do you cover specific BMS/HMS/FMS components?
Yes. I cover the full competency profile for BMS, BM2, HMS, and FMS, including quantitative reasoning, essay prompts, and full-length simulations scored against official rubrics.
